In case you didn't have enough fun decorating your "Halloweenie" dog back in October, you'll have another chance to show off some canine (and perhaps feline) fashion this weekend at the first annual Dad's Garage Theatre Pet Parade Saturday, Dec. 5.
Staging for the parade begins at 2 p.m at Bass Lofts at 1080 Euclid Avenue NE, just west of the Little Five Points intersection.
Participants in the parade will step off at 3 p.m. and meander through the Old Fourth Ward to the new headquarters of Dad’s Garage Theater, just about a mile away, at 569 Ezzard St. The streets will be closed temporarily as the animals make their stroll.
There will be prizes for the best-dressed pet, including tickets to the January show by Colin Mochrie of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"
