Who should play Barbie and Ken?

A live-action Barbie movie is in the works, and we speculate which actors could play Barbie and Ken on the big screen.

Barbie fans will be happy to find out that a live-action movie about the world's most popular doll is in the works. Few details have been released, but rumors are swirling that actor Trevor Donovan (right) is being considered for the role of Barbie's boyfriend, Ken. We think his "90210" co-star AnnaLynne McCord (left) would make a good Barbie. But let's look at some other contenders.

Model-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker bears a resemblance to the plastic doll. At 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with a thin but curvy frame, she's definitely got the Barbie body, and she also has the hair to match.

Would "Twilight" hottie Kellan Lutz make a good Ken? He certainly has the all-American looks and boyish charm of Barbie's boyfriend.

Twenty-six year-old Isabel Lucas, probably best known for her role in "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," is a little on the thin side to be Barbie, but she does have the striking beauty of the world-renowned doll.

Garrett Hedlund ("Tron: Legacy") has the light features, good looks and bright smile of a Ken doll.

Amber Heard, who stars in the upcoming NBC drama "The Playboy Club," has the near-perfect beauty that it takes to be the iconic Barbie doll.

Real-life couple Heidi and Spencer Pratt might make a good on-screen Barbie and Ken -- especially since Heidi has had some things, ahem, enhanced since this photo was taken. The only problem? These two cannot act.

Jennifer Lawrence ("Winter's Bone") would not only bring beauty but some serious acting chops as well. So yeah, she's probably out for the role of Barbie.

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Derek Hough is known more for his dance moves than his acting skills (though he is credited as a Hogwarts student in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone"), but we think he'd make a great Ken.

Armie Hammer played the handsome all-American Winklevoss twins in "The Social Network," and we think he'd be just as good as Barbie's beau Ken.

Pop singer Taylor Swift isn't known for her acting ability, but she has had a few acting jobs, including a part in 2010's "Valentine's Day." The 21-year-old, who's got Barbie's beautiful face, would bring some serious star power to the movie and could provide some money-making songs to the film's soundtrack.
