"The Walking Dead" 9 p.m. Sunday AMC — Rick and the Governor contemplate a peace treaty.

"The Client List" 9:30 p.m. Sunday Lifetime (second season debut) — Riley inherits a judge as a new client.

"The Mentalist" 10 p.m. Sunday CBS — Lorelei resurfaces and wants to know if Red John is linked to her sister's death.
