Usher, Ciara and Justin Bieber performed in honor of Usher's New Look Foundation's first World Leadership Awards. The foundation, which mentors young people "to be global leaders" (according to the website's "About" page), honored eight individuals and organizations during the night. Honorees included former U.S. president Bill Clinton.
