T.I. and wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle host a benefit luncheon for the Alzheimer's charity "For the Love of Our Fathers" at Luckie Food Lounge Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010. Both of their fathers were stricken by Alzheimer's. They hope to continue to fight the disease with more awareness and services.

T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., made the point that African Americans being twice as likely to get Alzheimer's, but much less likely to be diagnosed, it is their mission that more awareness and available services help victims and their loved ones.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle speaks to the local media before the luncheon. Having to deal with a loved one who suffers from this disease made it hard for me and my family, so we formed this foundation to help others that are in the same situation, "said Tameka. "Support is what's needed to make this world a better place...our foundation is based on the belief that everyone's needs are of the utmost importance."
