Tiffany Haddish is the latest comedian to get a stand-up special with Netflix.

Deadline reported that the actor will tape an hour-long show early next year. She joins Chris Rock, Ellen DeGeneres, Dave Chappelle, Jerry Seinfeld and the 2017 comedy special "Def Comedy Jam 25."

"Tiffany Haddish is a force," Lisa Nishimura, Netflix vice president of original documentary and comedy, said in a statement. "Hilariously funny, brash and self-effacing, she's an incredible artist who is winning over audiences while breaking barriers, and we are tremendously proud that she will showcase her formidable talent on Netflix."

The special is the latest project for Haddish. She co-stars with Kevin Hart in "Night School," out Sept. 28, and the Tyler Perry movie "Nobody's Fool," out Nov. 2.

Haddish's stand-up special will be on Netflix later in 2019.
