"Survivor" 8 p.m. CBS — A camp raid leaves one tribe scrounging for supplies and the other reveling in comfort.

"Modern Family" 9 p.m. ABC — The families go to Vegas.

"Psych" 9 p.m. USA (series finale) — Shawn has trouble telling Gus he's ending the business.

"Duck Dynasty" 10 p.m. A&E (fifth season finale) — A family reunion is planned by the Robertsons.

"Hot in Cleveland" 10 p.m. TV Land (fifth season debut) — Elka thinks she knows where Emmet may be hiding.
