EMMY-WINNING actor Jeremy Piven stars as the mercurial Hollywood agent Ari Gold.

ADRIAN GRENIER plays the actor Vince Chase, whose career the show revolves around.

... KEVIN DILLON (real-life brother of Matt), Vince's TV brother, who's known as "Johnny Drama" ...

... JERRY FERRARA (right), Chase's buddy/driver "Turtle," who is seen with his real-life sweetheart Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who has made a cameo appearance on "Entourage" ...

... AND EMMANUELLE CHRIQUI, who plays E's on-again, off-again girlfriend.

CARLA GUGINO has guest-starred in several episodes of "Entourage."

... AS HAS Gary Cole (remember him as Lumbergh in "Office Space"?).
