The cast of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" is mourning after the sudden loss of Johnny "The Greek" Karagiorgis.

"Entertainment Tonight" and NJ.com report that Karagiorgis, 41, died suddenly over the weekend from an apparent heart attack.

Karagiorgis and his wife, Penny Drossos Karagioris, were featured on the reality show and were hair salon owners in New Jersey.

In 2013, Karagiorgis filed a lawsuit following a brawl that took place at the opening of cast member Kim D’s store, Porsche 2. At the party, Karagiorgis was approached by Joe Gorga and asked about remarks Karagiorgis made about his wife, Melissa.
Things have been difficult for Drossos Karagiorgis. In February, she lost her friend and fellow reality TV star, Big Ang.
