Looking for a way to unwind this weekend?

Whether you’re enjoying a festival or playing at the park with your kids, there is plenty to do in Atlanta.

Here are our four suggestions for things to do today through Sunday (April 22-24):

FEATURED

“Too Late” was written and directed by Roswell native Dennis Hauck and stars Oscar-nominated actor John Hawkes.

The film, a “skeleton of the private eye genre,” follows a private investigator (Hawkes) as he searches for a missing woman.

Following the 7 p.m. screening of the film, Hauck will participate in a Q&A.

Tickets for the film are $8-$11.

FREE

Enjoy over 175 arts and crafts booths or watch the Robinson’s Racing Pigs and Paddling Porkers Show at the Smyrna Spring Jonquil Festival this weekend. A tradition for nearly three decades, the free festival kicks off on April 23 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) and ends April 24 (noon-5 p.m.).

It will take place at the Village Green at 2800 King St., Smyrna.

FOOD

Dedicate a portion of your weekend to good food by visiting Taste of Marietta this weekend.

More than 70 restaurants and food trucks will be on hand for the 23rd annual Taste of Marietta from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on April 24.

Entry into the festival is free. Food samples will range from $1-$5.

Taste of Marietta will take place in Marietta Square at 50 Park Square, Marietta.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY

Previously featured at venues such as the Children’s Museum of Atlanta, the free attraction allows kids to play outdoors, interacting with giant blocks of various shapes and sizes.
