If you’ve been slacking on your New Year’s Resolution to exercise more, here’s a little motivation.

Former professional wrestler Diamond Dallas Page is hosting a free yoga class this weekend.

The former W.W.E. wrestler will host an open house for his fitness company DDP Yoga in Smyrna on Jan. 21.

"DDP YOGA ain't your momma's yoga," the website for the company explains. "It combines the very best of yoga, traditional fitness, sports therapy and dynamic resistance to create one of the most effective fitness plans in existence today, that anybody can do!"

The hour-long yoga class will take place at 9 a.m., followed by a tour of the DDP Yoga studio, demonstrations, an opportunity to meet Diamond Dallas Page and more.

Page started leading yoga sessions after a suffering back injury.

9 a.m. Jan. 21. Free. DDP Yoga, 1239 Concord Road, Smyrna. ddpyoga.com.
