Snoop Dogg paid a visit to a Texas restaurant that was honoring a local youth football team Wednesday night, KENS reported.

The Smoke BBQ Brew Venue was hosting a banquet honoring the San Antonio Outlaws, which won the 12-and-under national championship in the Snoop Youth Football League.

Snoop was in San Antonio to perform at the Aztec Theater on Wednesday. Last week, the Outlaws defeated Snoop’s team, known as the Carson Colts, in San Jose, California.

The San Antonio Outlaws partnered with Snoop’s management team to have the rapper surprise the players during dinner at Smoke BBQ. Snoop spoke to the players and congratulated them on their victory, KENS reported.
