Nominees and presenters will be dining on California eco-friendly inspired entrees at the Golden Globes.

Anyone planning a Golden Globes party and wanting to dine like the nominees and presenters take note: The menu for the 68th annual show was unveiled Thursday in Beverly Hills. Beverly Hilton executive hotel chef Suki Sugiura talks about the ingredients he uses for his California eco-friendly inspired entree.

The stars will begin their meal with an appetizer of grilled eggplant with edamame and red pepper hummus with marinated artichoke and arugula.

The surf-and-turf entree features grilled beef tenderloin with caramelized fennel marmalada and a sauteed mild chili sesame crusted filet of Pacific sea bass.

The dessert trio includes California almond cake, chocolate royaltine crunch triangle and fresh berry tort of raspberry coulis, orange and vanilla Chantilly creme with a chocolate butterfly silhouette.
