After spending over a week in a Los Angeles hospital, rapper Kanye West has checked out and is back home, according to TMZ.
BuzzFeed News reported that West is back home recuperating, according to an anonymous source. He was released Tuesday night.
West spent Thanksgiving at the hospital since being brought in after a 911 call Nov. 21 for his own health and safety.

The Los Angeles Times reported that, according to law enforcement sources, the LAPD handed the initial welfare check over to the Los Angeles Fire Department when it became a "medical emergency."

The hospitalization followed news that West cancelled the rest of his Saint Pablo Tour and abruptly ended one of his shows after calling out Beyonce, Jay Z and radio in a profanity-laced rant.
An unnamed source told People that West was "has been very paranoid and is under constant watch for his safety" in the hospital, but according BuzzFeed News's source, that is not true.
Reports seem to corroborate that West's wife, Kim Kardashian, has stuck by her husband. An unnamed source told TMZ Kardashian has been "an unbelievably devoted spouse."
