Jon Stewart's criticism of the Iraq War is no secret. But that doesn't stop him from running a program that helps veterans get into the TV businesses, according to The New York Times.

Stewart ran the program in secret for three years, but it is becoming public as he is preparing to leave the show -- because he wants other people to copy his idea.

Hollywood culture can also be an obstacle for veterans.
