Paul McCartney concert: The aftermath

Cleanup after the Paul McCartney concert in Piedmont Park

The morning after ...

The usual Sunday morning contingent of joggers, dog walkers and other park goers watch the stage come down from an overlook of the concert venue.

By 8 a.m, the trash was picked up, and the stage was partially disassembled. The grass appeared to be in good shape despite rain that fell during part of the concert.

The morning after the Paul McCartney concert at Piedmont Park, workers guide one of the equipment towers down. It was attached to a crane.

Blake Wiederstein of PeachTree Tents and Events takes down one of the tents. He started about 8 a.m. and said it would take most of the day to finish removing them all.
