Iconic items from actor Patrick Swayze's career will go up for auction later this month.

Swayze, known for his roles in "Dirty Dancing," "Ghost," "Red Dawn" and "Point Break," died from pancreatic cancer in 2009. He was 57. Since then, his widow, Lisa Niemi, has championed for pancreatic cancer awareness, serving as an ambassador for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, according to The Albuquerque Journal.

The auction will be held in Los Angeles on April 28-29. Part of the auction proceeds will benefit PanCAN.

The items up for auction come from Swayze's ranch just outside of Las Vegas, New Mexico, as well as film memorabilia. The leather jacket that Swayze wore in "Dirty Dancing" will be up for bids, as will the script for "Red Dawn," some of his clothes from "Ghost," and the surfboard from "Point Break."
