If you have a friend who is constantly posting images or videos of cute and cuddly animals on social media, you may want to do a wellness check on him or her today.

Bao Bao, a 16-month-old panda cub at the National Zoo in Washington, got to experience her first snowfall and the resulting cuteness from the video of her exploits is enough to send your animal-loving friend into a catatonic state.

The D.C. area received its first blanket of snow overnight and Bao Bao was let loose to play in it this morning. It was her first experience with snow.

YouTube video posted by the National Zoo shows Bao Bao tumbling down the hill in her outdoor enclosure, climbing trees and pouncing on her mother Mei Xiang.

If you get lucky, you might spot Bao Bao on the zoo's "panda-cam."
