I heard it from a friend, who heard it from a friend that REO Speedwagon, Ted Nugent and Styx rocked a packed house at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at Encore Park Sunday night.

Styx was the headliner at the event, in that the band was the final act of the night. Styx played 11 songs, including "Lady," "Fooling Yourself" and "Come Sail Away." The band opened with "Blue Collar Man."

REO Speedwagon was sandwiched between Nugent and Styx on the night. They played about a dozen songs, including "Keep on Loving You," ""Roll With the Changes" and "Time For Me to Fly." REO Speedwagon opened with "Don't Let Him Go."

Ted Nugent opened the show. He played "Just What the Doctor Ordered" and "Cat Scratch Fever" among the nine songs in his set. Nugent opened with "Wango Tango."

The three acts rotate the order in which they perform from night to night.

The Avett Brothers, Darius Rucker, Hank Williams, Keith Urban, the Allman Brothers and fun. are some of the acts coming to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater later this summer.
