The ladies have always had a soft spot for Usher, and he's showing them his gratitude while promoting his latest album, Here I Stand.

Usher said "If there's a way I can get all the ladies to congregate, come together and have a night that's all about complimenting them, then I'm going to do that," bostonherald.com reported.

And if the tour isn't sexy enough, Usher, who already has a line of perfume and cologne, has plans to start a line of men's and women's undergarments and intimate apparel.

Now that Usher is a married family man, he hopes to use to this tour to prove that he still lives up to his sex-symbol status.

"There's only a few artists that can pull that off," the 30-year-old singer told the AP. "I feel like I've had such a connection with my audience."

Tour throughout November includes Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston and Dallas.

He also took a page from the "Sex and the City" movie's opening weekend book, when women were invited to dress their best, round up their clique and make a night of going to the cinema, according to bostonherald.com.

He says this more intimate show was inspired by such classic performers as Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, Prince and Teddy Pendergrass, bostonherald.com reported.

"What better way to get up close and personal than to make it all women?" Usher said to the AP.

"The ladies like to see that masculine build," he said. "They question if I still got it," he told the AP. Hammerstein Ballroom on November 3, 2008 in New York City.
