Those expected to be at Whitney Houston's funeral

Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick and Chaka Khan are among those who will be at Whitney Houston's funeral on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012.

While Whitney Houston's funeral will be streamed on the web, the actual service is by invitation-only. Aretha Franklin, Houston's godmother, has been asked to sing.

Stevie Wonder also will perform. He recently sang at Etta James' funeral.

Though there were reports the family did not want Bobby Brown at the funeral, a publicist confirmed Houston's ex-husband has received an invitation.

A website that's goal is to stop Joseph Kony and his Lord's Resistance Army, a brutal Central Africa militia that has kidnapped thousands of children and forced them to become sex slaves, fight as child soldiers and kill family members during a 26-year campaign of terror, has identified 20 culturemakers to help its campaign. Here they are: Oprah Winfrey, who tweeted, "Have supported with $'s and voice and will not stop."

Atlantan Tyler Perry, whose private plane flew Houston's body to New Jersey, will be part of the program.

Kevin Costner, who co-starred with Houston in "The Bodyguard," will speak.

Dionne Warwick, Houston's cousin, has been in New Jersey helping with funeral arrangements.

Alicia Keys will perform.

R. Kelly will sing.

Clive Davis, Houston's longtime musical mentor, will speak.

Chaka Khan was a close friend of Houston. Khan has been critical of those who let Houston fly to L.A. a week before her scheduled performance at a pre-Grammy party.

Ray J and Houston dated off and on after she divorced Bobby Brown. She was seen with him last week.

Jay-Z and Beyonce will have to step away from their new baby for the day.

Brandy, Ray J's sister, was influenced by Houston. "Whitney meant everything to me ... She's the reason that I sing," she said.

Bill Cosby considered casting Houston as the eldest daughter on "The Cosby Show."

Gospel singer Donnie McClurkin, who served as an associate minister at Marvin Winans' church early in his career, will sing and be backed by the New Hope Mass Choir.

Bebe & CeCe Winans and their family have been close friends of the Houstons. Marvin L. Winans will give the eulogy. He officiated at Houston's 1992 marriage to Bobby Brown.

Rickey Minor, the musical director on one of Houston's tours, will lead a house band.

Gospel singer and pastor Kim Burrell, also on the program, said she and her close friend Houston were supposed to attend Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party together.

Bishop T.D. Jakes co-produced Houston's last film, "Sparkle," which is scheduled to be released this summer.

The Rev. Al Sharpton is among the religious leaders who will be there.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson has been close friends of the Houston family.

Darlene Love was Houston's other godmother.

Composer-singer Valerie Simpson of the duo Ashford & Simpson. She and her late partner Nick Ashford wrote "I'm Every Woman."
