Many of the MMJ fans had balloons, glow sticks and other psychedelia Saturday night in Alpharetta at the Verizon Amphitheatre at Encore Park on the band's Circuital Tour. Folk-rock-alt country singer Neko Case opened the show.

Carl Broemel of My Morning Jacket plays the pedal steel guitar. The group, touring in support of their sixth studio album, "Circuital," has cultivated an ever-expanding fan base and is known for their extended jams and three-plus hour concerts.

My Morning Jacket decorates their stage set-up with numerous quirky items, including these very old Brownie Hawkeye cameras.

Jonathan and Vickie Woodward traveled from Cocoa Beach, Florida to see Jim James and My Morning Jacket.

Singer-songwriter-guitarist Neko Case opened the show. She is a member of the Canadian band, The New Pornographers. Forty-year old Case was born in Alexandria, Virginia, to teenage parents of Ukrainian ancestry.
