Police said the incident was reported this week outside the elder Chesney's condominium.

Jonathan Jones, president of the neighborhood's homeowners' association, confronted Chesney for allowing his dog to roam without a leash on the grounds of the Woodlake Lodge, Golf & Country Club, police said.

Kenny Chesney's dad arrested for getting in a fight with the President of his local homeowner's association.  Mr Chesney hit him with a golf club and smashed the dude's glasses.
