TWO ACTS that have endured since the '60s performed at Chastain Park Amphitheater Tuesday -- Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire. Chicago member Robert Lamm (left) and EWF singer Philip Bailey get together during their opening set.

BOTH BANDS formed in Chicago in the late '60s. Verdine White (EWF bass), James Pankow (Chicago trombone), and Ralph Johnson (EWF drums) get into the music onstage.

ROBERT LAMM is also an original member of Chicago.

IN CONJUNCTION with their 2009 tour, the two groups put together a special set of songs for download, with proceeds going to World Hunger Year.

PANKOW AND White seem to get along famously onstage.

THE CONCERT was part of the 2009 Live Nation Summer Concert Series.
