Stars such as Carrie Underwood and Miley Cyrus were among those to grace the red carpet at the CMT Music Awards.

Country stars shined on the red (OK, purple) carpet at the CMT Music Awards. LeAnn Rimes shows off her gams in a pewter scalloped cocktail dress.

Carrie Underwood is a knockout in a purple iridescent one-shoulder cocktail dress by Badgley Mischka Platinum. But can she compete with LeAnn Rimes in the "she's got legs" department?

With her long black hair and black suit, Crystal Gayle would be a suitable replacement for Elvira. Just tease that hair into a beehive.

Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams, demonstrate how ebony and ivory can live together in perfect harmony.

We think Paula Abdul is confused, but what's new about that? In that dress, she looks like she should be at a "Kiss of the Spider Woman" performance instead of the CMT Awards.

If you asked Faith Hill what her favorite movie is, we bet she would say "Grease" since she's channeling Olivia Newton-John's fashion. You better shape up, Faith!

With his cowboy style, Toby Keith proves you can take the boy out of Oklahoma, but you can't take Oklahoma out of the boy.

The relationship Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert seems to be on-again, at least at this moment. It might be splitsville by the end of the show, especially if he causes a wardrobe malfunction by tugging at the ties on her shoulder straps.

Bobby Brown was one of the stars on CMT's reality show "Gone Country." Guess he never made it back to the city.
