A country superstar proved that he is more than a great singer; he saved the day for an Oklahoma man after he got stuck in Tropical Storm Bill.

Roho Hartman of Ardmore, Oklahoma,. was trying to get home when he came across a road that had turned into a rushing river. He tried to cross it in his truck, but stalled the vehicle in the water, KOKI reported.

Hartman and another man were pushing Hartman's truck up a hill, fighting against waist-deep water, when a truck pulled up with a tow rope.

But it wasn't just any driver; it was Blake Shelton.

Hartman asked for a ride home, and when his wife got in touch with him he told her, "You won't believe it; Blake Shelton pulled me out.  You better slick up, we'll be there in just a minute," Hartman told KOKI.

Shelton took him home, spoke with the couple and posed for a few photos before leaving.
