How to go to the museum for free this weekend

The High Museum isn't the only musuem that offers free entry on the first full weekends of each month.

The Atlanta History Center and Center for for Civil and Human Rights museums are also participants in Bank of America’s national Museums on Us program.

During the first full weekend of every month, Bank of America cardholders will gain free access to the Atlanta History Museum, Centennial Olympic Games Museum, two historic houses such as Margaret Mitchell House and Swan House, and Goizueta historic gardens through the program's partnership with the Atlanta History Center.

The Center for Civil and Human Rights museum looks at the Civil Rights Movements and other human rights movements throughout the world.

If you're interested in taking advantage of these offers, this weekend is a great time to do so since it is the first full weekend in April.

The offer is valid through 2016.

The Atlanta History Center is located at 130 West Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta.

The Center for Civil and Human Rights is located at 100 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd., Atlanta.
