Miss America returns to Atlantic City

The 2014 Miss America pageant returned to Atlantic City this year and it has a lot of first. One that has made headlines, Miss Kansas who sports tattoos in visible locations, including the Serenity Prayer on her side. Miss Kansas was one of the 15 semi-finalists. Who will be crowned at the end of the night?
