Ludacris celebrates his 30th
Atlanta rapper Ludacris held an hours-long birthday bash at the Rio hotel in Las Vegas on Friday night. Guests included his mother, Roberta Shields, and Gabrielle Union, Chingy and A.J. Johnson. Ludacris will be 30 on Tuesday, Sept. 11.

In addition to actress Gabrielle Union, other attendees included music legend Quincy Jones and actress Tichina Arnold from 'Everybody Hates Chris,' who gave Ludacris a special serenade of what she called the 'black Happy Birthday' song, a more soulful twist on the original.
