One person was killed and three others hurt late Wednesday in a shooting at a New York City concert venue where rapper T.I. was about to perform.

According to The Associated Press, gunfire erupted about 10:15 p.m. in a green room at Manhattan's Irving Plaza. Police said a man, 33, died after he was transported to a nearby hospital after being shot in the stomach. Meanwhile, a man who suffered a gunshot wound to the chest was in critical condition, police said. Two other victims – a 30-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman – reportedly were shot in the leg.
