Kat Von D recently spoke out to say she has "no regrets" over a large tattoo on her rib cage depicting ex-fiance Jesse James in a fifth grade school portrait. The tattoo artist and tabloid celebrity reveals the tattoo to James -- when they were still together -- in the season premiere of "Miami Ink," airing July 28 on TLC. Of course, Von D isn't the only celebrity with embarrassing ink of an ex.
