“Purple Rain” lights show
Continue to pay tribute to late musicians Prince in 2017 by viewing one family’s Purple Rain-themed light show.
Located at 1091 Monroe Drive in Atlanta, the Holiday Magic-Woodruff Family Christmas Lights display features the musician’s purple symbol, red cars (”Little Red Corvette”) and, yes “Purple Rain.”
"A Purple Christmas: Tribute To Prince" is free and will play approximately 15 and 45 minutes into each hour, beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at midnight.
The display is one part of a seventeen-part, free Christmas lights display at the home.

Holiday in the Park at Six Flags
Each year, Six Flags extends its season by nearly one month with the help of the Holiday in the Park festival. Visit Santa Claus, experience a light show with more than 1 million LED lights or get inspiration for your own home decorations by viewing more than a dozen Christmas trees.
Gather around a fire pit and indulge in a tasty treat in S’mores Village or take in a beautiful light show in a hot air balloon at this popular family winter attraction.

NEXTO
Head to Old Fourth Ward and visit "NEXTO," a new restaurant that nods to contemporary New York and Tokyo ramen restaurants.
NEXTO officially opens for lunch this week, serving daily from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays.
Enjoy the thrill of skydiving without jumping from an airplane this week. Head to Cobb County and take flight at iFly. The company's vertical wind tunnel simulates the conditions of freefalling this week.
The most basic individual package at iFly includes two flights, gear, a training session, personal instruction and a flight certificate for $69.95.
iFly is open Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
