W Hotel adds style to Midtown Atlanta

The W Hotel in Midtown Atlanta opened with a party that attracted celebrities, glamorous people, and even a Presidential candidate.

LIGHT SABERS, human vending machines, and models aplenty marked the opening of the W Hotel Midtown.

GUESTS OF the W Hotel's grand opening party enter the hotel through an unusual door.

MIT SHAH of CEO Noble Investment Group, owners of the W Atlanta-Midtown and Buckhead hotels, takes in the scene. W plans to build four hotels in Atlanta by 2009. Only New York City has more W Hotels.

JASON LEWIS (left) -- you know him best as Samantha's hunky actor boyfriend on "Sex and the City" -- arrives at the W Hotel and is swarmed by media.
