Only three days left until Halloween weekend and some of you are thinking, what costume will I put together? You're scrolling through Pinterest or Instagram for inspiration. Maybe you've stopped at a costume shop. But have you considered a scary clown?

If you’ve got 30 minutes between taking a trip to the store and applying makeup, you can put this look together. No problem.

For the perfectionists out there, you can complete the look 15 minutes. For the rest of us, it'll only take five. If you don't have any of the supplies at home, no worries. You won't spend more than $12 at your local Halloween store says Becky Osborne, head of makeup and wardrobe at Fright Nights.

  1. Grease-based makeup (or opt for water-based for a few extra bucks because it will last a little longer and is great for kids)
  2. Makeup Sticks or a Color Palette (you're Picasso now)
  3. Food Dye (for teeth)
  4. Q- Tips (for perfect circles)
  5. Makeup Applicators

You’ll want to start with the cheek-wide mouth and crooked teeth. Decorate your eyes and do a little outlining here and there. Then fill in the face with the white paint. Finally, prepare to gross yourself out by adding the black dye to your teeth.

Expect the makeup to last between one to three hours depending on your activity and how much you sweat.
