Atlanta area moviegoers have the opportunity to meet Emory University professor Deborah Lipstadt at a screening of the new movie, “Denial,” based on her experiences in a British libel trial with a Holocaust denier.

Lipstadt will host a question and answer period after the 7:30 p.m. showing on Saturday (Oct. 8) at the Regal Tara Cinema 4.

“Denial” stars Academy award winning actor Rachel Weisz as Lipstadt, two-time Academy Award-nominee Tom Wilkinson as her British barrister, and Timothy Spall as Holocaust denier David Irving.

The film is based on Lipstadt’s acclaimed 2005 book, “History on Trial: My Day in Court with a Holcaust Denier,” with a script drawn directly from court transcripts.

Regal Tara Cinemas 4 is located at 2345 Cheshire Bridge Road NE, Atlanta. You can purchase tickets here.
