5. DOUTZEN KROES, $6 million. Contracts with Calvin Klein, L'Oreal and Victoria's Secret have helped the Dutchwoman crack the top five.

6. KAROLINA KURKOVA, $5 million. Victoria's Secret made the Czech one of the highest paid models in its stable, and Dell helped bump up her income.
