This off-menu secret at One Eared Stag (1029 Edgewood Ave., Atlanta. 404-525-4479, oneearedstagatl.com) looks like a standard double cheeseburger, but that's a trick. The beef patties have bacon ground into them, so they turn out extra crunchy, salty and smoky.
This burger at Bones Steakhouse (3130 Piedmont Road, Atlanta. 404-237-2663, bonesrestaurant.com) almost tastes like a steak: charred black on the outside, thick and cooked to a juicy temperature on the inside. Plus, it'll arrive in such a flourish of perfect service that you'll think you joined a country club.
