If you crave decadent desserts over savory entrees, check out the after-dinner dishes at Miller Union. Pamela Moxley, pastry chef of Miller Union, creates popovers, pies, tarts and all things deliciously dessert.  She is nominated as a semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef for the food industry's James Beard Awards. Previously of Murphy's and Floataway Cafe, Moxley's ice cream sandwiches were named one of the best 50 ice cream treats by the Food. These aren't your typical vanilla with chocolate cookie, though. Think more like strawberry-tarragon on a blondie cookie, salted caramel-hazelnut toffee on a chocolate cookie, and brown sugar-almond shortbread on a blondie cookie.

Miller Union is nominated for two other awards:
Outstanding Wine Program
Steven Satterfield for Best Chef in the Southeast
