Taste of Atlanta is on your calendar, right? That annual eat-fest, featuring more than 90 of Atlanta’s top restaurants and chefs, is taking place on the streets of Midtown Oct. 21-23. Omakase sake pairing dinner

Grab a seat at Nakato’s sushi bar, then eat and drink your way through Japan. The sake tasting will consist of five sake varieties that Executive Chef Yoshifusa Kinjo will pair with a five-course omakase menu, featuring foods from each of the five prefectures where the sakes are produced.

Oktoberfest party

Petite Auberge transforms its banquet rooms into a festive Bavarian-style hall with an all-you-can-eat buffet of German and Bavarian delectibles and oompah music by a polka party band.

Little City Lowcountry

This inaugural fall event is a celebration of Lowcountry cooking. Taste dishes by 15 of Atlanta’s top chefs, sip beer or cocktails and kick back to live music. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Giving Kitchen and the 4/5 Academy at Fifth Avenue in Oakhurst.
