The former Stefan’s has been taken over by owner Jody Wilson, who dishes up early-morning favorites as well as sandwiches, salads, hot dogs and desserts, including funnel cakes. This popular sweet spot has relocated to the Silo shopping center in Crabapple, where the new digs in a converted hardware store include a spacious, eat-in dining room. Along with pizza, the kitchen serves a complete, classic Italian menu, including veal Parm, crab carbonara, shrimp and scallop risotto, filet mignon and rib eyes.
