Glass installations from Seattle artist Dale Chihuly will return to the Atlanta Botanical Garden for an encore presentation at the end of April.
“Chihuly in the Garden” will feature 20 installations, composed of hundreds of pieces of colorful glass. Three installations were created specifically for the Atlanta exhibit.

Beyonce
One week after releasing her visual album “Lemonade,” pop superstar Beyonce will bring the new material to the Georgia Dome on May 1. The singer’s new music premiered in an hour-long video on HBO over the weekend.

Sweet Auburn Springfest
Be adventurous and enjoy a 150-foot-long zip line before taking in the unique offerings of the historic Auburn Avenue district at Sweet Auburn Springfest.
The free festival offers international cuisine, shopping, games and more.

Shaky Knees Festival
Following Sweetwater 420 Fest, Shaky Knees Festival will bring more live music to downtown Atlanta. Taking place in Centennial Olympic Park and International Plaza, the lineup for this year's festivals is a rock or alternative music lover's dream. From headliners Florence + The Machine and My Morning Jacket, to The 1975 and The Decemberists, attendees will get to indulge in typical festival fun to the tunes of their favorite bands.

High Museum of Art's "Block Party"
Enjoy High Museum of Art exhibits Vik Muniz, Basquiat: The Unknown Notebooks and I See a Story: The Art of Eric Carle before heading outside and indulging in tasty eats from food trucks during the museum’s Block Party. Kids can get their faces painted, receive a caricature and participate in arts and craft during the five-hour party.
This event is free with admission into the museum.

Beautiful: The Carole King Musical
Listen to the musical work of Carole King while learning about her life and career in “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.” The Broadway production won a Grammy in 2015 for “Best Musical Theater Album.”
In addition to featuring music from King, the soundtrack also features music by The Drifters and Phil Spector.

The Ga Renaissance Fair isn't the only place for cosplay lovers to have fun in Altanta this month. Momocon is expected to bring tens of thousands of people to the Atlanta area for three days of exhibits, contests, panels and more.
Cree Summer (“Rugrats’” Susie Charmichael and “A Different World’s” Freddie Brooks) and Ben Diskin (“Hey Arnold!’s” Eugene) are amongst the voice actors, animators, online personalities and others that will serve as special guests during the event.

Spend Memorial Day Weekend enjoying live music in Piedmont Park.
This year, event organizers set out to ensure the free, three-day festival offers a variety of musical acts that will appeal to Atlanta’s diverse demographic.
In addition to live music, attendees can visit local food and artist vendors, as well as the Kidzone, during the festival.

Explore the galleries, shops and restaurants of downtown Decatur with Artwalk at the Decatur Arts Festival. Then, visit the Artist Market and Community Bandstand to take in art and live entertainment.
Local food trucks will provide a variety of dining options for the festival. Decatur’s Three Taverns is developing a Three Day Festival Pale Ale that will be sold exclusively during the event.

The Alliance Theatre will premiere “Pancakes, Pancakes,” a musical based on the book by Eric Carle this month. Featuring original music, the production will give families an entertaining look at the process of cooking.
