Kim Kardashian - sporting a sleeveless baby blue dress with a beaded neckline - was among the stars attending opening night of the CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards Monday in New York. The award was established by Vogue and the Council of Fashion Designers of America to celebrate American design talent, and it awards the winner $300,000 for his or her fashion business. This year's winner was Billy Reid, a fashion designer from Alabama.
