Taylor Swift makes a dream come true for a little girl with cancer

Taylor Rayburn, 6, never could have known her very first concert would be one better than those most concertgoers experience in a lifetime.

Rayburn, who is battling a rare form of kidney cancer, was in the hospital on her birthday in June and was unable to celebrate her special day. Months later, when her mother, Allison Rayburn, was able to treat her to the night of her life, she jumped on the opportunity.

"We surprised Taylor this weekend and took her to see her favorite artist and very first concert ever! She wasn't able to celebrate on her real birthday so we thought we would surprise her and take her...no idea her dream of meeting her would come true," Allison wrote on Facebook.

While at Taylor Swift's Atlanta show, the Rayburns ran into Taylor Swift's mother, Andrea Swift, in the audience. Andrea Swift, who was diagnosed with cancer in April, took the mother and daughter backstage to meet Taylor Swift.
