Mugshot: Jaycee Dugard's Alleged Kidnapper Phillip Garrido
ET has obtained a mug shot for alleged kidnapper Phillip Garrido, the man accused of abducting Jaycee Dugard.
Dugard was kidnapped eighteen years ago at the age of 11.
