Fernbank celebrates dinosaurs weekend
The dinosaurs are turning 10 – at Fernbank Museum of Natural History, that is. “Dinosaur Birthday Bash Weekend,” Aug. 20-21, will celebrate the decade birthday of the “Giants of the Mesozoic” exhibition, featuring the world’s largest dinosaurs.
Activities include dinosaur-themed party games and photo ops, free ice cream samples and a “Dr. Dinosaur” puppet show. Most events are from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 20 and noon-4 p.m. Aug. 21.
All events included in museum admission.
