Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has played enough heroes on the big screen, but now he's proving to be one in real life.
It all started when his family adopted two French bulldog puppies over the Labor Day weekend. They got home and the dogs took off for the pool, Access Hollywood reported.
Hobbs was able to swim immediately, but Brutus sank like a rock to the bottom.
That's when Johnson jumped into action, diving into the pool fully clothed to rescue the waterlogged pup.
After Brutus felt better, and threw up the water he swallowed, Johnson posed with the two dogs, posting the photo to Instagram.
