The Internal Revenue Service has served Sean “Diddy” Combs with a bill for $7,373 in back taxes at his Atlanta restaurant, according to the Detroit News.

A lien against Combs’ Buckhead eatery, Justin’s Restaurant, was filed in May in New York, reports the newspaper. The Peachtree Road restaurant, which opened in 1998, is named for one of the hip-hop mogul’s sons.

A Combs’ spokesperson told the News that the problem arose due to a series of errors, from the IRS sending the notices to the restaurant’s old corporate address in New York to mistakes by the company that handles the restaurant’s taxes.

The manager on duty at the restaurant Saturday evening declined to comment.

A check for the amount was mailed to the IRS this week, Combs’ representative told the Detroit News.
