The civil trial against Atlanta rapper Da Brat is restarting after confusion over a juror’s eligibility, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Da Brat, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, is being sued by a former Atlanta Falcons cheerleader over allegations that Harris hit the woman with a rum bottle in 2007 causing permanent scarring.

Harris served three years in jail for the attack.

One of the jurors was cited with contempt on Tuesday after admitting that he was not a U.S. citizen, Channel 2 reported.
