Apparently love didn't get lost in translation for Scarlett Johansson, who is engaged to a Frenchman and onetime journalist. Johansson's rep, Marcel Pariseau, confirmed her engagement to Romain Dauriac on Thursday. Pariseau said no date was set for their wedding.

Johansson, 28, whose marriage to actor Ryan Reynolds ended in 2010, is generally reluctant to talk about her private life, but has explained what she does and doesn’t want in a relationship. “I don’t like jealous behavior,” she told Marie Claire magazine in an interview earlier this year. “It’s really unattractive because it shows a sort of insecurity.”

Johansson starred in “Lost in Translation” and was in Italy this week promoting “Under the Skin” when the large diamond ring on her left hand started getting attention.

Here’s one kid who’ll be guaranteed to have healthy baby food.

Daphne Oz, a host of ABC's daytime program "The Chew" and daughter of talk show host Dr. Mehmet Oz, announced her pregnancy Thursday during a taping of the show's season premiere, which will air Monday. It will be the first grandchild for Dr. Oz and his wife, Lisa.

Daphne Oz, who is 27, has been married for three years to John Jovanovic.

On the show, Oz talks about a summer trip she and her husband took to Europe and said she wanted to show a picture. She pulled out a strip of three sonogram images, surprising co-hosts Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Clinton Kelly and Carla Hall.

Dr. Oz, who’s a heart surgeon, frequently promotes healthy habits on his show.

Maine prosecutors have dropped a drunk-driving charge against actress Sally Struthers under an agreement in which she pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.

Struthers didn’t have to appear in court in Alfred last week when her plea was entered to a charge of driving to endanger. The Portland Press Herald reports she was ordered to pay $1,210 in fines and fees, and her driver’s license was suspended for a month.

The 66-year-old Struthers is best known for her role as Gloria Stivic in the 1970s TV sitcom “All in the Family.” Police arrested her on Sept. 12, 2012, in the resort town of Ogunqui, where she was performing at the Ogunquit Playhouse in the musical “9 to 5.” Struthers’ attorney didn’t immediately return a phone message Thursday.
