Do you think Tobey Maguire's Spidey sense tipped him off to the major lawsuit coming his way in June 2011? A bankruptcy trustee filed suit against the "Spider-Man" star and other celebrities attempting to reclaim more than $4 million won during unlicensed Texas Hold 'em poker matches held at high-dollar Beverly Hills hotels, according to court records. Maguire may be in the spotlight now, but he's not the only celebrity with a gambling habit.
